• All transactions conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph789 of a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.

ph789 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) only. Approved deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations. ph789 reserves the right to return deposits made via unapproved methods and to charge any applicable processing fees to the Player's Account.

• ph789 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ph789 or any Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph789's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph789 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.

ph789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player in bad faith.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ph789 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting ph789 customer support in writing. ph789 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe ph789 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

ph789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph789 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ph789 website at ph789.one/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.
